A beautiful designedly clean salon but the massage was very average. Therapist pushed in my spine a few times leaned on my head and could feel she was not interested and tired. Also to manager bringing customer to rooms keep your voice soft so all follow. Those getting a massage are not interested in being woke up with your loud voice very unprofessional. Also don't leave old flyers out with old prices. Be mindful and respectful of all in salon not just those you are trying to sell a massage toAlso don't have old flyers out if wrong price again very unprofessional

Acceptable massage standard but the pricing is high.....the shop around the corner opposite the car park is cheaper and better. 6/10.

I’ve been getting massages for over 20 years due to the nature of my work, have had massages from lots of different places, Thai Remedial Massage Clinic at the Entrance are by far the best I have ever experienced, great, friendly and professional staff, highly recommend the hot rocks too.

This place is FANTASTIC, Exceptional massage, Private rooms, Good atmosphere, Clean and Excellent customer service. “Simply the best!”I began professional massage at The Entrance Thai Remedial Massage Clinic as a recommendation from a physical therapist for a minor sports injury and I’ve been going back every two weeks since then. Not only do I feel incredible, but I’ve maintained better flexibility. Possibly the best quality-of-life decision I’ve ever made for myself. I offer my highest recommendation. Had a Deep Oil Massage today by Cat and it was amazing ! Felt like new. Cannot recommend The Entrance Thai Remedial Massage enough. A great place especially for mums to relax and get a great massage to take all the stress away.Thank you !Larissa Evans

We found this place on google as we stayed near by & glad we went in :) absolutely amazing massage I got with my lil sister. We enjoyed that aromatherapy hot stone massage, will definitely be returning on our next visit to the Entrance. If you are looking for a place to relax & enjoy the ladies here do an amazing job. I’m extremely disappointed by the front desk lady Mam who not only overcharged us but ended up taking all of our private health fund details even though they didn’t accept the card. I called in advanced and they said they took private health fund, when we got there she convinced us to get remedial massages which were significantly higher than the standard and then asked us to pay upfront. When I asked for my receipt/invoice, she refused to give it to me. She also wouldn’t refund me after charging extra for the incorrect massage. Be it $4, I was extremely angry plus we had 3 people who brought them business today. Would not recommend.

Great remedial massage and included hot stone. However, felt like I was overcharged and they didn't use the right code for my health fund card so I ended up paying more money upfront. When asked about it, they played dumb and was not able to make any amends. Felt dodgy as they were quick to put charges through my health insurance before even confirming what they were taking.
