Yum~ Brandon's special (choice of 3 meats - I got lemon hrass chicken, crackling pork and BBQ pork for $9) was totally worth the wait. Despite the wait during lunch hour, the owners were pros and the line moved quickly. Definitely coming back!

Excellent banh mi. Highly recommended. Some interesting flavours as well - coconut chicken roll worked surprisingly well. Customer service was friendly and exceptional.

Headed to Eastwood to try the regular pork roll and chicken/pork combo rolls at Lim’s Hot Bread. Very good value and generous with fillings. They have quite a few meat options for the banh mi rolls, it would take a while to try them all. The staff are nice too.

I was initially a bit skeptical about this place but at the end it was permissible. The way the roll was cut was off Centre so I thought it would collapse when bitten into but it seemed to work fine. The server was somewhat generous with the toppings but I noticed that they didn’t have the pink meat they put into the pork roll but had another alternative and they used green chilies instead of red. Tasted fine and fairly priced. The dude almost short changed me until I mentioned it but accidents happen.

One of my favourite pork rolls in Sydney! Their crackling pork rolls are the best, and for only $9, which, though not the lowest, is still cheaper than Marrickville and Top Ryde. The owners are awesome too! There's a good selection of items from the bakery, with amazing coconut macaroons for only $1 each! Highly recommended.

Thank you for making a rainy day such an enjoyable one! The banh mi was delicious and definitely deserves a spot in the top 12 best pork rolls in town. Although the shop front is small, their kind words and service is momentous. Another plus is that they offer two types of chili for those who want abit of spice but not mouth burning.

Not going to lie, I kinda oddly dig this place. It’s just a regular asian bread/roll place without fancy lighting and therefore a bit dark, but it’s chill tho.I got a lemongrass chicken roll for $8.50 today, and the lady called my dear, which is quite nice tbh. And she made me a big roll with heaps goodies inside, as shown in the photos.I usually get rolls when I am in a solo mood, and I grab a roll and disappear into the park, chill and feed bread crumbs to birds.

Lim's Hot Bread in Eastwood is a bakery that offers a decent range of freshly baked goods, including bread, cakes, pastries, and savory items. They use traditional Vietnamese baking techniques to create their baked goods, which is an interesting aspect of their offerings.I tried their banh mi during my visit, and while it was good, it didn't stand out as exceptional. The bread was crispy, and the fillings were fresh.Overall, Lim's Hot Bread is a decent option if you're in the Eastwood area and need to grab a quick bite
