nails were alright however the customer service is horrible. Today i got my nails done and because they didn’t have the colour i wanted the lady told me that they don’t have the colour in the photo i showed. As I was looking for a similar colour and she saw that i was looking for another colour, she repeated herself in a loud tone where the whole shop heard. It was so disrespectful

i got my toes done and the same day they came off ive never had this with other nail salons.

The staffs gives the worst service in this place very uncooperative staffs. I did my nails extensions with manicure and pedicure they do what they do doesn’t care what the customer is asking for. Very worst experience and charge very expensive cost than any other place.

I loved the experience here. It was totally different than the last time. Ty was doing my manicure and pedicure. She was friendly and good at talking. She helped me and her service was amazing. I would surely come here next time and get her to do my nails and pedicure for sure.

It’s the worst palaces I’ve ever been. Rude staff -0 for customer service. And they are so expensive. Every time I go there they disappointed me, but complained, I saw one design and they do the others and always says it’s expensive. Others place charge $65 but They charge me $85 to do ombre and came off In 5 days I went back to tell what happened and they didn’t apologise and started talking in there own language and asked me to sit down and started doing my nails and later they said I have to pay. Please if you are seeing this review and your money matters to you don’t go to this place . This is the first time I am posting bad review because this time I couldn’t tolerate at all.

I was going to get sns but I received a rude response when I showed a photo on my phone (apparently the girl didn’t have time to waste so she rudely told me to pick one of the colours on the nail colour display ) so then I decided to get just a manicure and remove sns. Paid $36 for a manicure (the girl didn’t even put nail polish she just cut the skin around my nails) and to remove sns.I was told that the price to remove sns was $5 then when I went to pay she charged $10 whereas the manicure was supposed to be $15 on the website it says $20 however she charged me $25. I was disappointed didn’t say anything and walked away.Congratulations on losing a new customer.

Terrible experience, no time management they told me I’ll be done in half an hour ended up 1 hour and 10 minutes. I was already on a tight schedule. Despite my waiting time, my pedicure and shellac colour were nowhere near what I expected. My toe nails look absolutely trash and not straight. Don’t recommend

I have been going here for waxing since the last 4 years and have never got disappointed. These people are really consummate in their skills and are professionals. Last time I also had a blackhead which wasn't going since the last 3 months but they really lightened it. Thanks to them. A must try centre for anyone.
