ROC Engineering Design

My builder suggested I engage ROC Engineering to assess some visible structural issues with the 1960's house I recently purchased. This included problems with shifting brickwork, retaining walls and the main balcony. An engineer from ROC Engineering attended onsite within a few days and arrived at the exact time we agreed upon. He provided a very thorough, detailed and well explained inspection report which included some possible solutions to the problems. As a result of their findings I'm now confident about prioritising and developing a plan to resolve the issues and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Recently contacted ROC Engineering to design engineering specifications for a concrete slab for a large garage I am building.I am doing owner builder with limited knowledge of what was required in this area but they made the whole process very easy, kept me informed along the way and made me feel very comfortable with this step of my project.Couldn't be happier with the service provided and the willingness to go above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.Considering the major projects ROC Engineering would be involved in, they treated my smaller project with the same respect and importance as any other.Highly recommend these guys, reliable friendly service that exceeded all expectations.

Recently had a ROC engineer come to our home to assess what kind of shape it was in (built in 1975).I was extremely impressed by how prompt they were in communication, both over the phone and via email.We were able to quickly ascertain what I needed, what price point I was possibly looking at for the assessment and how quickly they would be able to come out and see the house.The actual inspection was fantastic, the ROC engineer arrived on time, he was friendly, professional and made the process feel simple by explaining what he was looking for, etc. at no stage did I feel that he was trying to over sell or over - engineer.All in all, I would absolutely recommend ROC Engineering for any projects big or small, novice or professional.
