Always a smile and a greeting from the guys behind the counter. They seem to have a lot of regulars that they seem to know by name. The food is always excellent, even during the busiest times. And they do get busy during meal times, so be warned. I personally wouldn't want to go elsewhere for a shorter wait at the expense of a lesser meal.

These guys are local legends also. In all my years in Sydney I have yet to find better fish, better portions and fairer prices than these boys. Also Anish and his staff are as positive and friendly as anyone who's ever served you. Whenever I'm in the area I'm out to support these guys.

Always get our chickens from here. Great quality food and friendly staff. Anish the owner is so nice and always goes above and beyond. Have also used this place for catering of my son's 1st birthday and everyone enjoyed the food and commented on how delish it was. Also fairly priced as well.

I went yesterday for lunch. It’s surprisingly busy for a friday, a 27 minute wait for fish and chips, and a small chips, which you think would be a simple, quick meal. The chips were fine, very normal basic hot fries you’d get from any store. The fish is not great honestly, but a redeeming quality for both the chips and the fish are that you can tell it’s fresh. Overall, not really worth the wait, but I guess it is one of the only places in that area that sells this. However the biggest issue I had with the business was the lack of instruction on what to do. Many people were just standing around, and there were no lines or anything to tell if they had ordered or were waiting. I don’t know why there’s no signs or any way of telling what to do, it’s very haphazard and you have to figure it out for yourself. Another thing was that I saw them grab chips from the bayonet and place it back in the container. Not that big of an issue but take it as you will. 2/5, fine if you’re desperate for food or want some fries.

I've had good experiences with this place as their chips are very nice. The prices aren't the best and the waiting is a bit much which is why it is only 3 stars. I would recommend this as it is in a good location.

Very disappointing. Chips and potato scallops very overcooked and the gravy was watery and tasteless. I used to really enjoy their food but I think I will be looking for another chicken shop.
