Bought a goldfish off this beautiful blonde girl. I didn’t even want a fish I just wanted her to notice me. When I got home the fish died instantly because i forgot about it and it suffocated to death but I’ll take the blame for that. Great Shop, will be back.

Ordered two big bags of Orijen cat food, they were delivered at my door from their own truck, it was also very sweet of them to give me a bag of free samples/gifts. Communication on the day of delivery was also very good, missed their call and texts but they still came back later to drop them off. Will come back!

Would never buy online from these people again. 2 weeks with no communication. The order only had to be delivered 12km from them. Realised they had a 'bricks and mortar store' so called them and was promised a call back before the end of the day with an update - no call. Finally emailed 48 hours later. Still no communication - they just sent an order cancellation email instead. Another 24 hours later and I still don't have my money back!!!

I love league of pets! I have some guinea pigs and a cat and I often go to this store to get supplies! The items are easy to navigate and the staff are very friendly and helpful!I would suggest to them to not put rabbits and guinea pigs together because they may fight but other them that I would definitely recommend!

Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️Never order online from this place. Our order is still in transit. It's been 2 weeks since ordering and it won't be delivered for another week or possibly 2. Cat food in transit for near one month and is coming from the same state (Victoria). I asked the store for a refund so I can order express via another company as i dont want damaged stock sitting in hot trucks to feed my cats... I was told no and it not their responsibility. $160 dollar bag of cat food paid for and nothing to show for it and no help. Terrible customer service.
