Fantastic business, great quality work and nothing is a problem. A small mistake was found and they promptly fixed it within the hour. Highly recommend and will be back for any t-shirt design needed in the future

Just started my small eco-friendly business by printing the t-shirts and hats in ShirtBox, I'm very satisfied with the products and services.And also the products were printed with eco-friendly inks, and the premise are powered by solar energy! Oh such a perfect way to start an eco-friendly business!

Never received my order, been over two months and haven’t even gotten a tracking number for it. No communication from shirtbox explaining why it’s not arrived and asked for a refund two weeks ago and still haven’t gotten one. So at this point I’ve been scammed over $80.

Cancelled my order with no explanation. When I questioned it was told that I didn't respond to an email they sent??? Didn't receive an email or any communication until I complained....the only way I knew it was cancelled was a notification from PayPal that a refund was coming. Wouldn't deal with them again unfortunately as these were Fathers day & birthday gifts. Very disappointed.
