Tbh even though the website helps at each site each Bunnings in different.the lack of floor staff can be annoying being the few that are in the floor are helping customers.i.also suggest more self serve checkouts during the busy times.fhe weekend snaggas at Bunnings are still the best

I was absolutely disgusted yesterday 02/05/23 when I purchased $9 worth of painting stuff and went through the self serve section, and the customer service lady pulled out the disposable paint tray that I had scanned and tried separating it as if to accuse me of having 2 and only paying for one. When she realised it was only one she just said 'ohh your all good'... Not only was it embarrassing, but I was also very very offended. I rang the duty manager and whether anything was done about it who knows, but that should've been a written warning or instant dismissal. You don't treat or accuse innocent people/customers of shop lifting. I shop there all the time and I don't even want to spend my money there anymore after being treated like that. I'm getting so sick of how unprofessional customer service is these days.

No doubt it’s a massive store but I found their customer service has deteriorated over the time. I was told to wait in aisle 11 regarding window tint films, and nobody showed up after waiting for 20 mins. Moreover I went to their cafe and asked for vegan options after seeing the big poster saying “vegan options are Now available” ask a cafe team member (please check the picture I clicked). But to my surprise the lady replied no we don’t. Before the team members used to ask if you need any help by themselves but now they are not even interested to reply. To be honest I feel terrible to ask anything because of the rude replies I got few times.

Thought all bunnings were dog friendly. My dog has come to all other bunnings no worries but these guys implement policy.?? Made me and another couple with a dog very confused as we couldn't go in??They really shouldnt advertise as being dog friendly even having a whole Instagram page. Also how can you realistically physically stop someone entering with a big dog?? Very stupid policy by bunnings lost a lot of respect today.

I attended Joondalup yesterday looking for a specific Ryobi chainsaw. I was served by Gary who was extremely helpful and friendly. When I couldn’t find what I wanted he suggested the promotional products at the front, where I found exactly what I wanted and more.I was very impressed by the time and effort Gary put into helping me with my purchase. This Bunnings is a massive store which even has underground parking which I was very impressed with and then escalators up into the store is selfThere are so many things to choose from if you were doing any kind of handy work around the home this is the place to go to be able to complete that task.Super popular with the local community as it is the one stop shop for all their do yourself needs.

Never had someone been so rude to me - the older lady greeting customers as they walked in. I asked for a type 27 gas bottle - she said she has never heard of it, I can go look at bottles. I went to look and didn’t understand anything. Then found the bottle in the Bunnings pages online - went back to her and told her that I have found it online - she then tells me “we do black tops and green tops” - whatever that means. Worst Bunnings experience ever. Just walked out and will get it somewhere else.

Really friendly staff, massive store and also had a fire truck at the entrance today.My five stars also includes the fact that there are Plenty of little kids trolleys! Even on a Saturday! That makes a Bunnings trip so much easier with kids in tow.
