Excellent customer service, created a specific order for an unusual occasion and then called to resolve an incorrect address and re-delivered the next day. My friend loved the flowers and chocolates. Highly recommend.

Michael understood how important it was to my Dad, who is in a nursing home, that he had a lovely flower arrangement to give to my stepmum on her birthday.
