Best VicRoads I've been into. All of the team in there were very helpful. Expecially the Inspector and her Manager. Registering a trailer for the first time I had no idea and they helped me with understanding requirements to get it roadworthy so it could be registered. Friendly and helpful and no wait time. They are awesome. Thank you.

Excellent customer serviceI drove from Sydney to Melbourne and had to stop in to get a trailer registered in Vic before delivery.I was met with Jo who couldn't do enough to help.Thank you once again your worth your weight in gold and Vic roads are lucky to have you working for them.

Terrific experience at VicRoads Benalla. The lady at the counter was really helpful and had patience to answer all my queries. Dropped in for 315pm learners test at 2, and I was offered paper test which went fine. Just remember to Cross the correct answer instead of filling up the circles in OCR sheet.

I stupidly turned up without my wallet for a registration, staff were considerate and very helpful. They even printed me a License verification to help me get cash from the bank. And all this despite being very busy. Customer Service indeed.
