Got there a hour before advertised closing time and while the shop was open and serving clients all seating had been packed away. As it was raining there was no where to sit, but as always tasted great.

Been there once, after they made my son an ice cream cake with a custom printed edible ice cream topper. It. Looked. Amazing. I can't thank them enough.

Some yummy flavours to choose from. Take home packs are becoming disappointing though - have been ordering this on a regular basis but have noticed the portions we are now receiving are getting smaller. In-store portions are much better.

Very disappointed.I have tried calling and messaged your facebook page with a disconnected phone and undelivered messages.I made an uber eats order, a small take home with mix ins & caramel sauce! Yum right?Well.. my “mix ins” were not mixed at all, they had halved the chocolates I had ordered and put them in the ice cream, they had also not added the caramel sauce.I also ordered via delivered a banana shake, in which they didn’t provide in my bag a straw, lovely thick shake to drink from a... cup.Granted if your there watching over the making it is a wonderful spot to enjoy a sweet craving. Otherwise I do not believe this issue would have occured, if paid for in person and watched the making. I find it offensive that your staff take advantage of the fact that I was having it delivered, and felt it was unnecessary to do the job required. This resulted in a very overpriced, plain, take home ice cream.P.s your real banana ice cream was worth every dollar, your artificial banana ice cream is definitely not.Sincerely, Your once very loyal customer.

I certainly enjoyed the icecream and the service here is absolutely wonderful! I feel the prices were pretty high for what I got. I don't frequent Cold-Rock so this may be the standard. That being said, you'd return simply for the friendly service.
