It has good customer service, the store also seems to be very organised.

No prices on shoes. Sales staff seem to pull prices out of thin air. Huge sale signs but no sale in sight. I'd take your money to a proper sports store not here. Very disappointing.

From buying shoes to return the shoes through out poor customer service.I went this shop first time on Friday to buy soccer shoes. They took 20 minutes to find second shoes of pair which I selected to buy. While finding shoes he was serving someone else. After 10-15 minutes returned by saying couldn’t find other shoes box. So I ended up buying expensive shoes in rush. While buying, I confirmed return policy and they told me within 2 weeks I can return it with invoice and box.Saturday I went to shop to return it. Staff checked the product and said sorry can you please come on Monday? I asked the reason for that, and they said our system is getting update and it will takes 3 hours for that. And because you have paid through bank/card so they can’t refund me cash. Meanwhile I noticed other customer can buy the product and he is getting invoice also. Which means intentionally they made me to come back due to their busy time probably $$$ time and they don’t to spend time on customer service. Otherwise he would have asked me to come back late afternoon on Saturday or even on Sunday.Absolutely unprofessional customer service with cheap mentality.

Excellent service and great price. Ahnan was great and helped us with all the queries. Must visit for active wear and great collection of shoes.

The Store manager has absolutely no professionalism, customers are standing at the counter and he had no courtesy of answering their queries. I tried talking to him regarding a job opportunity advertised at his store after multiple follow-ups, he replied with a straight NO" and continued punching numbers on the Machine.12/10 would never want to interact with him or the store again"

I bought some runners from here but not great quality for its price as it teared after using it for 1 month. Should be better quality.
