I was represented by Haydon Potter in my case and while it was settled in my favour, ultimately my experience in dealing with this firm was not positive. At the time, I felt quite emotional about how things turned out so decided not to post a review at that time. Now I am reviewing receipts and correspondence in preparation to do my tax, I can't say my feelings have changed.On a few occasions documents sent to me to review contained mathematical and/or factual errors that I needed to correct, despite me providing correct accounts prior to the work being done. For what I was charged, I would not expect mistakes like these and for the firm to send me payment receipts with incorrect amounts. I felt like the billing hours on my account did not match the level of care being put into the work and this was really disappointing. Without going into a boring amount of detail, the final cost was almost double what I was quoted before I engaged RCM Lawyers.Cost aside, the more disturbing issue is that upon reflection, I felt like Haydon was not acting in my best interest and gave me advice that would have drawn the matter out unnecessarily. At one point I asked him what would happen if I challenged a settlement term related to non-disclosure, and his answer was a cheerful Let's find out!". Yes

Haydon has shown nothing but the upmost patience, respect and consideration with the matters at hand. He explained everything so thoroughly and advised best as to what the next steps should be.
