Great customer service but unfortunately the fees and interest are high. Was quoted $646 a month for VW Finance which I was not approved for unfortunately and Finance One took my application (in June 2021) and after signing I found out it was gonna be $859 a month for 48 mths for a $24K loan. Now unfortunately I'm in arrears and still owe them $18K something.

Georgia and her team were the most supportive people I have dealt with when looking for finance. I am completely aware that I can be an annoying customer at times, and change my mind consistently, but this didn't faze them, with support on me making sure I made the best decision for myself. Great company when you need what you need. Customer service is quick and very professional.Only con is that repayments aren’t reported to credit bodies like Equifax and Illion, so this doesn’t improve your credit score.

Don't touch.. had to surrender car as 23 offers during Hardship were rejected.Left car in driveway ready for pickup for 7 months.Original loan 15k3 years later they sold it for 3k and wany $16800.They offered me $100,a month for 14 years.Looking forward to their response to this review.Plus I've sent all proof I never got offered a Hardship application till this week.
