Danny the new manager has revolutionised the way this workshop is run. He went above and beyond to accommodate me into a busy day and I even received a video explaining in real terms what work and why had to be carried out will be back 100%

Dropped my lease vehicle off for a service. It was completed in a timely manner. Paperwork through head office and the leasing company took 3 hrs to resolve. I had to use the toilet whilst in the shop. I had to step over various car parts in the back room on the way to the toilet. Things didnt improve once there. When was the last time this was serviced or cleaned. It was disgusting. The business must realise the facilities are for public use as well.

Ultra Tune Meadow Springs
My car hit a piece of broken tyre just outside Mandurah and made strange noises after that. Went to the Ultra Tune premises in Meadow Springs who then placed the car on a hoist, inspected it and replaced some clips. They also noticed that my tyres needed air so they pumped them. I was not charged for this service even though it had taken 20 minutes of their time. The staff and owner were professional, competent and great people to do business with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Woulnt even give them 1 star if i could!!!charged for headlight repaire but still doesnt work!!!!got a new aircon compressor fitted,now its the noisiest aircon in Mandurah!!!!missing parts from install from undercarriage of my car !!!!when asked they make up excuses but offer to look again for a fee!!!!!! Harrasest us about putting a good review up, maybe they should fix what they charged for and worry about customer service than reviews!!!!!!!absolute joke thos place!!!!!!

Everything was organised. Friendly service. Was a bit of a mix up to pick up time, but came back to a happy car. Looking a little fresher and happier after a brake fluid flush and service. Car seems to be running better and a good feeling knowing my internal air filter is freshly clean.

Just had my 3 year log book service with Ultra Tune Meadow Springs. Very happy with the professional and friendly service provided. I liked that they sent thru a video of what they are looking at. My car didn't require any extras on top of the service quote. Genuine honest mechanics. Would definately recommend and use again. Bonus too is that 12 months road side assist is included with the service.

Ultra tune Meadow Springs is by far one of the finest mechanic shops in the area. Their service, work, and ethics are unmatched. I also want to personally thank their new manager Dan who was highly professional, honest and friendly. I will recommended them to anyone who needs car work, and will continue to do so in the future.
