Designer Plantations

We've been waiting over a month for our job to be finished, we have been chasing week on week with no real answers, ontop of that, what was promised was not delivered regarding our install. Certainly won't be using Designer Plantations again and will be warning our network to avoid using them also.

We are extremely happy with our new Blinds. From the initial enquiry through to the installation was trouble free. The installation was highly professional carried out by skilled tradesmen who did a fantastic job. After finishing they made sure that my wife had a full understanding of how to operate and maintain the Blinds. We Highly Recommend Designer Blinds and Plantations A+

Brad was friendly and assisted us in selecting the best blinds for our new outdoor area. The blinds were delivered promptly and installation was quick and seamless. We are now able to use our outdoor area in all types of weather. We are very happy and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase outdoor blinds.

I can't say how happy we are with our roof shutters as it's been amazing. The team @ Designer Blinds did a fantastic job and not only that but the business owner Brad always communicated throughout the process and kept us updated even with the small delay. Stay away biggest crooks in the business. Poor after sales service. Due to poor workmanship my blindes only worked for 9 days!!!! Promise after promise to come out to repair it, it's been 4 months now and still cant use it. $7000 down the drain.0 rating from me.

Such a great experience. They were prompt, professional and quick. We were told it would take a month to have them ready and just under a month we received a phone call saying they were ready to install. So happy with the product, the customer service and workmanship. Extra happy that these trade men cleaned up after themseleves too. Not many tradies do. I was disappointed with the previous blind company as they told me we couldn't put electric blinds on my outdoor veranda so i paid over $3000 for manual ones which were shocking. They drilled holes in my tiles to use as clips which ruined them. Not only did they bang in the wind, they scratched my poles, had gaps and were inconvenient. So i wasted my money for nothing. Wish i found this company first. Amazing quality.Attached are photos of my experience with both companies. I had a large blind installed on my back deck to stop the rain on windy days. It looked so good, my Mum also got blinds for her back patio. I dealt with Michael Culibrk and he was extremely helpful, punctual and answered all my questions I would fully recommend Michael at Designer Plantations Blinds.

Terrible Service, Communication Care Factor...Zero. etc. I ordered outdoor blinds for my new build . Due to unfortunate circumstances there was a delay in my build, Designer Blinds were happy to keep them stored for me as 50% was paid. When it was time for me to recieve my blinds conveniently they couldn't find them. No attempt to look for them , no attempt to communicate with me for any other options, no attempt to offer me something else nothing,!!!! Its been over 12 months and they still haven't attempted to assist me. I just get ignored. Two massive custom made outdoor electric blinds gone!!!! Nearly $4000 down the drain.. Not happy. .....
