We have had our property with Ray White Beaudesert for a few years now and they been excellent. Our property manager, Lisa Benstead and her team have been professional and proactive at all times. Diligently looking after our property and our tenants whilst we are living overseas. I highly recommend Ray White to any investor looking for a good team to help them with their properties.

I rented a commercial storage unit through Ray White Rural Beaudesert for nearly two years. The facility was modern and kept clean and tidy.I dealt through Kayla Creighton and she was always polite, helpful and efficient, even when I accidentally damaged the unit.My unit was in Barrum Crt and I can recommend this facility and Kayla Creighton highly if you are looking for a storage unit.

We have been renting with Ray White four over three years. It has been a positive experience. Lisa is great to work with, communicates well, and is always professionally friendly. Kayla is also professional and friendly, remembers us on sight even though we are only in the office once, maybe twice, in a year.

Rude and not helpful at all. Not everyone has access to internet all the time to be rudely shouted at that no walkins would be seen shows absolutely no concept of that old fashioned 'customer service' model.

We used Ray White Beaudesert Luke Barber to sell our property in Queensland - unfortunately the communication was extremely poor with emails going unanswered, questions going unanswered and leaving us not really knowing what was happening. Our property did sell roughly 4 weeks ago and still to this day have not heard from him. No confirmation, no congratulations - Nothing. Luckily we had a brilliant conveyancer.We also leased this property through Ray White Beaudesert and could not fault our Property Manager Lisa.
