Overall not too bad of a joint, just the little things like not being able to get your whole order out before they cut you off just to ask you anything else" in a depressing mutter.Food is ok at this McDonald's

Terrible McDonald's experience. Teen workers ignore customers and take longer than any other McDonald's. Seen workers chatting and messing around instead of working. Fire the bad staff of 12am Sunday June 4th. Multiple customers drove away. Do not recommend, will be pursuing other actions due to horrible service.

My son and I came here for dine in lunch. We self-served placing our orders with table service.The restaurant itself was clean, all the tables were wiped down and seemed to be well managed.The food was delivered quickly by a friendly staff member.

Absolutely rubbish coffee every single time ! Please hire people with basic coffee skills or make them take a course. I just watched them overfil my latte cup with milk pour the coffee In and it overflowed so they tipped some out and topped it with ice. I asked for a triple shot coffee and it's milk white. When I asked them to re make they said no.

7am. April 26th. Staff were very friendly and helpful and interested in providing a pleasant experience for the customer. A rare breed! Coffee was made perfectly.

Anytime after 6 in the morning you can expect it to be very busy, so expect to sit in line for lunch and dinner for up to 40 minutes. The food is alright considering it's maccas and they don't always cook the food to the highest of standards but after tonight. I am extremely disgusted and completely turned off of any food from a maccas establishment. We have had issues in the past with undercooked chips and even a cold chicken patty. But to receive a wrong order for the family and a raw burger after waiting for almost 30 minutes. You won't catch me near this place again for a long, long, LONG! Time. Although I will always be popping around for the occasional frozen coke...When hungry jacks is closed that is.

Normally I would give this maccas a great review however I’m really annoyed that they missed an item out of my order and as it was through Uber eats (even though it was their fault) they will not do anything to even reimburse me or whatever. Expect me to pay for another meal to get my missing item.Manager was nice when my friend asked what they can do, however when I contacted them there was no help, and not helpful to resolve the issue.

The drive thru is quick, and the staff are friendly.Food is always hot and fresh. Feel as though the staff and managers really do care.Dining in the restaurant is clean and tidy with management clearly on top of the areas that need addressing. The coffee is hot and the Cafe food is delicious.One of the best McDonald's down south.
