Yeah this guy's the real deal. Emmanuel was our solicitor handling conveyancing for buying our first home. This wasn't a churning mill and bill house, we felt we had someone personally backing us in our corner the whole way through. He caught a bunch of unique things in every contract we went through that I've never seen brought up online, and knew exactly what and where to push in our favour.
