I went there to find out, why my car runs rough. When I arrived, Alan immediately took a look on my Landcruiser Prado. In a few minutes the work was done and he could advise me regarding my car.In the end he didn't even wanted something in exchange for that.Good knowledge and professional people. :)

i have only recently moved to the area and found myself in need of a mechanic.I found T and A Automotive online, and could not be more happier with their professional service, Tess even called me on friday to update me on the car so i wouldn't be worrying about it over the weekend..Then on completion of work Alan explained the work carried out clearly, my car is now running perfectly.thanks Alan and Tess i highly recommend you to anyone.jenny asplin

Tess and Alan!I read some reviews from my local neighbourhood face book pages and these guys were mentioned several times. I was intrigued so I gave it a go.How happy I am that I did!I booked the appointment online and was messaged by Tess via sms. Her communication was 100% and very professional whilst friendly.Due to COVID and a bushfire I was unsure about my booking, but then I received a message from Tess confirming our appointment. It was like she was reading my mind!On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Tess and gave her a run down on our issues with the car, almost immediately she went to the back and brought Alan to speak with us (I have never experienced this at any mechanics). Alan was very down to earth and clearly knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and asked alot of questions which made us feel at ease leaving our vehicle with them. Also they have a complimentary loan car! So convenient.At the end of the day, Tess messaged to say the car was ready and when we arrived they both sat with us to explain our options and gave their advice.Overall. We are very happy with our experience and would reccomend them to anyone! If you are looking for honest, genuine, knowledgeable and friendly. These are your people!

Went for a full service and to diagnose a problem I've been having. They're lovely people, and the quality is top notch. I'll be continuing with them for my other cars as well. Cheers!

A great true blue mechanic he never ripped you off and tells you how things really are there lovely receptionist has an incredible amount of knowledge herself and freely provides it I thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanic
