APM Employment Services - Footscray

This 5 star review is for TWO employment consultants. One named Greg and the other named Shenae. They were the BEST employment consultants I had at APM in Footscray. Always very friendly, welcoming & well mannered. Very helpful with assistance in looking for work,have good sense of humour & always spoke to me nicely which made me even look forward to attending my appointments when they were my employment consultants. Also saw Abdul a couple of times when they were away and he was really nice too. They always speak to all their clients with respect as I witnessed them be nice to other clients too. :) Keep up the good work. :)

I would give a 5 star review because most of the people there are really nice but one lady was nasty to me so they lose a star.

Threatened to cut my payments unless I attended an in person appointment on the eve of Covid Lockdown at their office that was smack bang in the middle of an outbreak hotspot.Claimed The pandemic is over" in late 2021 before most people had access to vaccinations vaccinations in the middle of lockdowns.Repeatedly ignored state government safety recommendations during the pandemic in a deliberate attempt to expose immuno compromised disabled people to Covid before vaccines were available.These people are capital E Evil. Vogons could learn a thing or two from APM."

One of the worse place you can be with! After 2 years I have finished my course, still they cant find me any placements and also maybe 4 times they made me to change my case maneger. I kept saying my things again and again. They dont care anything about you, they are just sucking money from the government and seeing you as a number...

The worst provider I've ever been with. They claim to be an employment service for disabled people but they heavily encourage (borderline threaten) me to apply for jobs I physically and mentally cannot do, they lie about which interviews they've scheduled, I turned up to a bar tending" interview in which they said they'll pay to renew my RSA
