Very short wait. Dr was able to organize our Covid booster at the same appointment that we had made for our flu vaccine. Much appreciated.As I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids, I have great difficulty hearing the staff when they are wearing masks.

Reception staff very nice and accommodating were they can be given that it is a very busy clinic with a high Volume of patients. Dr Gilong very professional and appeared to be interested in current problem and ongoing chronic problem. Would be nice if he stayed in Kyabram. I have noticed there is a large turnover of Dr’s in the 12months I’ve been here.

Was very impressed they were so helpful i couldn't make the time they had booked me in for .cause i was going away .but they went to alot of trouble to squeeze me in before i went away .. Very friendly staff at reception
