Great variety here, it's a shame their prices are so high. Considering there are two other similar shops in the centre, I'd expect their prices to be competitive. If you're looking for something specific I'd try the other shops at Casey Central first because you're more likely to get a bargain elsewhere.

Very bad customer ServiceNot flexible at all even on swapping colours of same items. She manager to me it’s ok if we lose a customer, we don’t mind!

They make up there own prices, Brought an upside down umbrella from them on a Monday No price on umbrella, so asked what it was, was told it was marked down today $14.00 so got it, 2 days later my daughter went to buy same umbrella, the umbrella has 2 prices one for $34.00 other price on it $34.00 my daughter said it’s 14.00 the lady in shop said no it’s $34.00 she would not put price down, another time l went to buy something on shelf shelf price was lower than computer price, they said oh someone has changed the price, Discracefull

Fairly large and fairly organised bargain store which stocks a whole lot of items which suits everybody's needs. Can at times be a bit untidy but well, this may be from customers going through items and not placing them back properly. Other than that, no complains as always manage to find whatever I'm seeking when walking into this store.

Lo costa in Casey central customer service very very bad. There is one old lady at register very rude and mean. Gives free advise on how strict i have to be with my 2yr old child , with long annoyed face. All becouse I bought only one stuff out of 3, other 2 stuff she has to put it back on the shelf at the rigister . Such a bad experience. Wish she knew what her job there.

My friend was in your store yesterday , who happened to be in a wheelchair. Your staff member asked her to leave as prams and trolleys are not allowed in the store.. Discrimination much, how disgusting and what the hell sort of people do you have working for you...re train your staff

take note of the price of things, they like to scam, every time i try to buy something they say it cost more then it says, which is false advertising, staff are rude and racist, art supplies are decent

Why is this place open during COVID.This is a great place for great food.Just do NOT go to Casey Central to a Cafe called On the Go Cafe".As they can yell at you in other shops.They have anger management issues."
