Went in a week ago....service was very hostile and it was clear that they didn't want to be open and didn't want anyone going into the shop. I ended up buying my bag from the Belmont store instead as they were super friendly and welcoming.

Great customer services and professional staff. Very satisfied customer. Had to pick-up my Samsonite online order, was all done fine. However, did asked for another luggage bag bought an year back from another branch and got some zipper issues. The staff was so accommodating and happily replaced with a similar bag on showing original receipt.Great staff and customer services.

Went there on Friday 14th July, very unfriendly lady running the shop, needs to smarten up on Customer Relations, very abrupt, maybe she has had a bad week, I nearly walked out and went to another store to buy my Luggage, not a nice experience.I hate going to this shop, there is a Lady there that has no people skills whatsoever she is very bad for business, just plain unfriendly
