I Hired King Clean for a regular clean. They were very easy to work with from the booking process to the cleaning. I ended up having to add extra time to the cleaning and they were very flexible. I would definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thankyou King Clean for helping...

Terrible service- do not use!!!! They charged more then the quoted. We had to get them out to re-clean the property, which they then didn't show up on the day that they said they would. Then they damaged the property and refused to compensate us.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!Left multiple areas dirty as in pictures. Also tried to rip me off.I booked for the $275 dollar bond clean which had a number of inclusions such as oven clean.To start, I was called and told that my oven was very bad and therefore would be another 100 dollars for a deep clean. Expensive but fair enough, however I refused and said I would do it myself. They then said how about 80, then how about 50! I still said no. Then ended up cleaning the oven for no charge (as they should have as it was included in the bond clean). Nearly got scammed out of another 100 dollars. From other reviews it looks like they do this often.I then went to inspect the place after the clean and the shower was still filthy and spills on floor completely left!! Some cupboards wiped out, some not. I had to reclean myself. They refused to give any refund.Some areas were clean which is even stranger. If you don’t want to clean yourself afterwards and don’t want to be scammed then don’t use this company.DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

I am leaving 2 stars because the people that cleaned my house did an incredible job, I was really happy with them and had no problems. So these stars belong only to those who cleaned my house and did amazing at it.However, the company is just incredibly disorganised (and yes they charge extra for literally everything trust the reviews.).One red flag was that it took them way too long to reply to my message that was asking what time they’d be coming. And even though I had requested afternoon, they initially asked me to come between 8-9. Which I then changed to 12.I booked for a move out cleaning 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and I was quoted $250.When the cleaning started they told me it would be extra to clean the windows from the outside, clean the walls and clean my shower. I said no to everything and just do what’s included in the quote but because of miscommunication on my part I ended up paying $100 extra for the shower (which was kind of my fault).The whole situation was also annoying. In 2 hours I received 10 calls from the company, 5-7 emails and many many texts going back and forth about extra services which I had said no to multiple times.In the end they told me the new price was 375 to which I said 250 quote + 100 is 250 and I ended up paying 250.I was happy with the professionalism of the people who cleaned and the end result but I’m not happy with the company.

This company is amazing !!! They showed up when they said they would and did such a fantastic thorough job so quickly cleaning my sofas and the upholstery on my dining chairs!! I am so thrilled with their service! THANK YOU so very very much again !!! I highly recommend king clean Company !!! I am so glad I thought to ask professionals to come in and do this cleaning instead of continuing to try to find the time to attempt to do this work myself.

King Clean team did a Fantastic job for my bond clean and carpet clean. Got bond back fully. Excellent job. Highly satisfied.

Not even worthy of the 1 star. An absolute scam. Appalling. Don't fall for the cheaper quote - just go with who your property manager recommends as it will never be this company.the quote was doubled upon arriving and we had to comply as was only a couple of days before lease end date. They then had to be called back twice. I don't even think they used any cleaning product.

We use King Clean for our regular office cleaning. Team always do a fantastic reliable work consistently. Place looks clean, fresh and smells good after every clean. Excellent work. Highly recommend for Office Cleaning.

I would never recommend this cleaning company. On their website they represent they have 5 star google reviews - that is a clear misrepresentation. That is how they rope you in. They then deliberately underquote, then once their subcontracted cleaners show up on the day double their original quote, and do not allow them to commence work until you reach a price agreement with them. You feel pressured to reach an price agreement with them, because the cleaners have already arrived, my cleaners having driven 1 hour to arrive, and to my later surprise, use a deceptive cancellation fee policy where they reserve their rights to charge you up to $150 for cancelling, even if they cancel for reasons including not being able to reach a price agreement with you. This system they employ is very concerning, and resembles a scam, operating under the facade of a business. Would not be surprised if the ACCC issued civil proceedings against them for misleading and deceptive conduct, using unfair contracting terms, and/or unconscionable conduct. Couldn’t recommend against using them more.

I wish I read these reviews before hiring them, should have just gone with my agency's recommendation.Charged me double the initial quote and did such a bad job that the real estate agent asked me if I had even used a professional service.Impossible to get them back in to do their job properly, still trying to get my money back but it seems like giving you the run-around is the only thing they're good at.
