Woolworths Punchbowl

I just call in regarding for transfer, As I got instructions by my manager And the service manager of this brunch is really rude The manager I m working right now is so sweet and know how to speck with customers and staff But, getting transfer in different woolies with this kind of manager attitude it’s pretty hard for people who thinks to work in This brunch. 1st expression is always the last one but After talking with customer manager I can imagine how rude she was and how she treats her staff..!!! :(

The facility is great, spacious. The staff are rude, they say the bare minimum, no hello, not even cash or card"

On the 17/1/2023 I visited the supermarket and I bought 2kg fab , on the cashier checkout she didn’t give it to me and I discovered that after a few days from purchasing! Trying to call them and no one answering the phone ! So unprofessional to do that !

I just saw a review about customer service manager which is absolutely wrong.Service manager of this woolies is very sweet,kind hearted lady .I go for shopping almost everyday.she is very helpful nd friendly with customers even with team members.we should not judge a person in the very first meeting.

The best super market, right next to the station. they look after the shop very well and as well as the customers. Their warm customer services and hospitality will blow away your mood and mind. They have plenty of ranges of items and products to chose from. Very very well and contemporary looked decorated. And the music they play here will make your time precious. There is a big play ground and children park on the door. So you can hang out there as well. If you have a kids or a pets they will love this place. The management has also put the price reasonable. So please visit there as many time if you could and the time you spent will be memorable and worth it.

I like doing my shopping at Woolies - I found most stores to have aisles set out in a way to make what ur looking for easy & simple. The aisles are wide enough for trolleys n ppl to pass each other with out a fuss ( depending on time ), the staff’s polite & helpful n I’ve never had to wait long at the quick check out.During COVID they’ve done a pretty good job with supplies & keeping the stores COVID safe.Having a rewards card & keeping up to date with ur boosters ( email ) will get u plenty of $10 off shops a year.I’ve had a really good experience with online delivery - especially during lockdown & there’s plenty of offers for free delivery if u use the Rewards App.U can also use the rewards card for petrol discounts, although finding a participating servo on ur way can be a pain. I suggest if u do want to use your points for cheaper petrol to look up a station & not just pop into one - as u may only get points or chocolates !

Worst customer service is loluita ,,This isn't my first experience with her,,First time i thought she is tired i said it's ok i won't say anything,, but when it happened for many times i said i have to complain about her.This is inappropriate behavior can suits a huge supermarket like woolies.

Very poor customer service compare to other Woolworths in this area. They still use coin inserted trolley and maximum of them do not work even if you insert coin. They have customer service checkout but maximum time it is not using. Today I went to shopping and my coin has stuck into one as trolley after i insert my coin, I asked one employee over there about the situation but they seems not willing to help me. I have found there was no cut watermelon, I asked one employee, he brought the trolley with full of watermelon and I was waiting near to their access door where they process and when he was passing with the full of trolley of cut watermelon, I request to take one piece of watermelon from that , that employee said me, he will first put watermelon into the display table and I have to take it from there. When I have done my shopping , it was full of trolley but no checkout was open except self checkout. But I must admit, in Bakery one employee showed the remarkable customer service who helped me to find the right cake for my son.

On 02 June, I purchased two of Luv-a-duck Fresh Duck Breast Fillets 380g Woolworths Punchbowl stores.After consuming part of the duck breast fillets, Following symptoms of food poisoning have developed: nausea, diarrhoea, stomach cramps and abdominal pain, a lack of energy and weakness, loss of appetite, aching muscles and chills.The product may be contaminated with germs.The symptoms persist.Be careful with food poisoning when you purchase or consume poultry from Woolworths
