No longer family focused, not the same Napa it used to be. Disappointed with the way they run the business nowadays. The terms and conditions on the service agreement is ridiculous, pages and pages of information for families to commit a therapy service. Feel like as complicated as obtaining a million dollar mortgage.They don’t even explain to you why they are recommending certain therapies. They don’t bother reply you if your questions is tricky.Their target clients are patients with complex needs, we are dealing with lots of unusual stress. Napa position themselves as service provider should take that into consideration when they set up all these requirements to families paying your services, instead of making like a competition or extra hurdle. Your quality of staff nowadays are not as good as before too. Higher turnover rate, some are not even experienced enough.

Napa is an incredible place, where miracles happen! Soo thankful for finding these amazing people!

NAPA has been amazing for my son. All staff are so bubbly and lovely. Always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.Keep up the good work guys! Can't wait for more intensives!
