Elm Motel

We arrived today at 3:30pm and we left by 4:30pm.There was mould all over the seat cushions of the sofa chairs, the shower had mould between every tile - I think there was more mould than grout. The room was generally unclean. There were short hairs in the bed that were not my own or my partners.Save yourself the hassle and pay a little extra and go across the road to Quest. For $68 more we are now in an amazing apartment with clean facilities and above and beyond service.

Very comfortable beds, very nice clean and renovated rooms. My family and I stayed here for 1 night in the Deluxe Twins Room and Standard Twins Room and both were very nice and clean. We were super happy with the 24 hour check in it was very convenient as we were travelling from Adelaide and we were able to arrive whenever we wanted without worrying about the receptionist leaving.

Looks like it's just been updated, it's very comfortable inside. The bathroom very small but does the job. Very cheap motel at budget rates , has toaster, jug , microwave, tea , coffee, fridge and milk .The rooms are serviced daily and you are given clean towels and toiletries. You have free WiFi each room.

Basic accommodation. Like staying at backpackers. Simple amenities. Tea, coffee ect.Towels and sheets felt like strong undiluted bleach. Lamanated flooring needed a mop and sweep.

The rooms were pretty good, the bathrooms a wee bit small but overall not bad at all. The bed is comfy, showers hot, and that's all you really need.

Tv remote for a different tv in room. Floor a bit dirty and dusty. Great if your on a tight budget. Non-smoking room had burn marks on furniture and bench.

OK, so it looks rough and a bit out dated on the outside, but the rooms dont match. They have been updated. So we stayed here overnight as we attended a wedding on the 21st Jan 2023. On the main road of Bendigo so it is easy to find. This is definitely a budget stay, and honestly, I wouldn't pay higher than what we got it for,$125.The room we had was a queen sized room, I found the room itself was clean and fresh, and apart from the main road being out the front, the motel itself was quiet during the night. Unless you are a heavy sleeper, the traffic really started picking up around 6.30 am, and it got noisy, so dont have high expectations of a sleep in. The rooms are also reasonably dark with blockout curtains. This is not a bad place if you just need a quick place to crash out and you are on your way early.The shower was amazing, with a huge shower head, and was one of the best showers I've experienced at a motel. The bed was not that comfortable, but they only gave 2 pillows for a queen bed they are thin and hard, so i highly recommend you bring your own pillows. The doors were electronic key pads, and we had constant issues with it and had to call the staff to come and unlock the door for us each time we needed to get in.There was parking on site that was free. It was a little chaotic to pull in when coming from the north side of the road.The staff were very friendly and helpful in our accommodation i really can't fault them there. It was a great price for what it was.The rooms come with a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, toaster and complimentary coffee, milk and shampoo, and conditioner.Next door is an Ampol service station with a food dairy attached so you can get food and coffee. It's not too far to get to a supermarket about 10mim either way to a supermarket.Easy access for all.

Our overnight stay was very comfortable.Room was clean and renovated .The bathroom area is compact and the shower water pressure was great and hot.The bed was very comfortable with electric blankets. Microwave/ toaster /jug etc.Split system was an older style but working well .Very impressed will stay again.

Standard motel room, nothing spectacular but good for the price.

We arrived at the motel around 830pm went to check in and it wouldn’t let us. Had to call the owner to come and let us in. Went into the room and it seemed comfortable etc. go into the bathroom and Toilet, only to find pubic hairs on the floor. Floor in the room itself didn’t appear to have been swept. Had to wash your own cutlery and crockery. If you’re looking for a dirty and cheap place to stay this the place. If you’re wanting something clean, go elsewhere.
