Took my BMW X5 in to get an oil change. The plug on the oil filter was left loose and nearly all the oil leaked out on a trip to Melbourne. I have contacted Taylor's twice and no one has called me back, I was told they would contact me. Worst service ever. Would never recommend. Finally I have been reimbursed for the oil and oil filter once I went in and confronted the manager. Disgusting service.

Never again. Booked the car in 1 month in advance, forgot to order parts, told us about 1 thing but forgot to tell us about another. Put grease on our carpet and car mat. Extremely disappointed, unprofessional and incompetent.

Got my car serviced here thinking it would be under the capped price servicing. Wasn't until after it was done they said it wasn't eligible and cost more than double the capped price.
