Three cars serviced in 5 weeks, one was an Audi A3 with a power steering whining sound. I asked them to look at it (No problem he said) when i picked the car up was told couldn't find a problem probably the servo. Several days later went to another local repair shop to be charged $113 to do what. You may ask......... to fill the empty reservoir, that solved the problem thank you. Went back to B select to ask why they didn't fill it as part of the service and hence save me $113 we did fill it" (NO YOU DIDN'T). What else was missed on the other 2 cars

Booked in for fitting four tyres on our car. They were quick and prompt.However when we picked the car up the alloy wheels were covered in dirty hand marks. It would not have taken 30 seconds to wipe the wheels down and got a great review.

My daughter had a flat tyre and one that was going flat, so we needed new tyres asap. I spoke to them at 8 am and she had four new tyres by lunchtime. Very impressed with their service!!

I invested in 4 new tyres & a wheel alignment here a week ago. Tyres are quiet (which is what I asked for) & alignment is great. I initially inquired online one night and they emailed me 3 options first thing the next morning. After I booked in to have the the tyres done they called me back the next day and advised me of a promotion which meant better tyres for $25 less each. The fitting & alignment was done in 1:15 when they said it would be. Good old fashioned service.

I rang for a price and availability on a set of tyreson a saturday morning and I was told they didn't have stock. I asked if they could check other stores for availability and I was told they couldn't do that. 11 years of employment at Bridgestone, I know for a fact they could've searched other stores availability. What a joke Blackwood store is.
