Love their hot chips they are amazing. Their service was lovely too. Food is a little pricey and not having regular business hours can be frustrating but if they are open they are worth the extra cash.

The service was not perfect had coffee asked for xtra hot which wasn’t and my gf had a veggie with was good and fries were with xtra salt which wasn’t asked to do so.

We had been visiting this area, so many times now and always had good fish and chips here. Convenient enough that it's close to the Jetty and other recreational area. Service is good and quick.

I went there with my clients with disabilities from work to have a lunch. One of the staff with nose ring. Was very rude and literally making faces when one of our client taking his time to order food.

The best kiosk on the Semaphore strip!Fish & Chips are definitely a hit here, pricey but it is in a hot spot.Good service, staff are lovely.Seating also allows you to keep an eye on the little ones playing in the enclosed playground & skate space.

A few of the staff members were horrible. My 3 year old ran to the side door and didn't expect me to appear so quickly to retrieve him and unfortunate for them, I overheard 3 of them snickering saying let's scare him". Dispicable behaviour for people who are around children so often."

The lady servicing didn't hear me probably and as I tried to repeat myself she ignored me and started flirting with the male server who was trying to do the right thing. so I just ended up walking away

Had the most amazing Crispy Chicken burger for $15. With big serve of chips included! Very clean place. Prompt friendly service! Place is handy to walking trails around local playgrounds. Can bring dogs into outside area.

Horrible customer service. My partner was waiting to be served. The server totally ignores her and goes to serve someone who had just walked up. She finally got served and the food was alright. Thought it might be an honest mistake, so we decided to get ice cream after. We were waiting around the ice cream area, and when someone finally did come over to serve us, we were given the saddest looking ice creams ever - not worth the $6 (each) we were charged. I don’t know why, but the guy that served the ice cream scooped some on the cone (which I thought would be a good size scoop) but then decided to tip it back into the container and start over - perhaps it was too big? The served ice cream was significantly smaller in size.It was only after that did my partner inform me about overhearing one server say to another one, “Do you want to do the ice cream?” “No,” replied the one that served us. “Me neither,” she said. So that’s why the guy reluctantly went over to serve us. If she had told me this sooner, we would have just walked away. Servers seemed annoyed to be working and bothered by customers. Never coming back again.
