I have been working with Stacey over the past few months and highly recommend her. During Timeline therapy her guidance and strong intuitive abilities helped me dig deep into old emotional wounds from my childhood that I wasn’t even aware of. Her ongoing support through meditation, affirmations and weekly reflections were paramount for those aha moments and breakthroughs outside the sessions. ❤️I also recently attended my first ceremonial cacao with Stacey acouple of weeks back and it was amazing. I wasn’t too sure what to expect but her guidance through the journey made the experience a phenomenal first time experience. Will definitely be back for more!

When I started timeline therapy with Stacey, I didn’t really know what it meant but I thought, it’s worth a shot! 8 weeks on and what can I say? It has changed my life. I have learnt so much about myself and the world we live in. I have healed, I have moved forward and I am continuing to grow! Stacey welcomed me into her safe space, which instantly eased my nerves about our journey together. Not knowing what to expect, Stacey gave a run through and we proceeded. It was an experience I never thought was possible, that left me feeling fulfilled and having my questions/worries answered for.

When Stacey first explained how Timeline therapy worked, I was open to the idea.My first session was strange and I was sceptical to say the least, however, a couple of days later I started to feel better, lighter.I had kept alot of paperwork from my past. I tried to get rid of it, but would get too emotional even when I thought of it. The thought of dragging all those feelings to the surface was too difficult and upsetting.Once I had completed my fourth session, I felt able to go through all my paperwork. I went through six boxes and felt no emotion at all. Normally I would have been in a heap in tears.Timeline Therapy has helped me to deal with all of the difficult emotions of my past, which I had been holding onto.Stacey is a beautiful soul. She is passionate about helping people, and a wonderful human being. I have tried other therapies and I was left still needing more, unfulfilled, until I did time line therapy! Working with Stacey was amazing. I felt completely safe with Stacey, to be who I am meant to be and to get to the root cause of past traumas and events and to learn from them. I see them now as lessons. The best massage I've ever had!! Stacey worked muscles I didn't even know were tight and locked up. Her technical ability, knowledge and professionalism are first class. I can't recommend her highly enough!!

I highly recommend Stacey as a holistic massage therapist. My therapy not only includes deep tissue massage, Stacey's intuitive sense of crystals and essential oils takes my therapy to the next level. I always come away from Stacey's massage sessions with an increased range of movement, decreased pain and tension and improved sense of well being. Over several months of regular treatment I am so happy that the severity of my migraines has reduced. I also love that Stacey gives me 'homework' exercises/stretches that help me between sessions.
