I came here to put glass on phone and they charged me $40. But after 3 weeks there are bubbles I asked the owner he said I can't do any things only put new with discount. Don't go there waste of money. Ridiculous service by Chinese

Worst customer service fixed my iPad with them within 3 days the LCD stopped working took it back to them and they wanted to charge me $200, when I explained to them it's still under warranty they came up with excuses as to why they couldn't repair it. Took it to another repair guy in Epping he charged me $100, much better quality then these people. Star repair uses cheap quality products that they buy from china and then charge us 200 hundred dollars to fix and don't even do the job right. WORST STORE DONT GO THERE GO TO REAL PROFESSIONALS THAT USE QUALITY THEY LACK IN ALL OF IT

Worst service EVER. I take my phone to get the LCD and glass replaced, when i got my phone back, later that day i realised the top right of the screen had a lighting issue. A day later the complete left side of the LCD stops working. I then notice that there is a small hairline crack in the LCD. I had been given a faulty screen. On my way to get my warranty fix, I had the phone in my puffer jacket. When I take the phone out of my pocket it is SMASHED. I had NOT damaged or dropped it in any way. When arriving to the store, they start arguing and making excuses as to why they can't replace the screen for a good half hour and nowhere on the warrant did it say that faulty screens could not be replaced. They argued with my boyfriend who's a business man himself so we ask to speak to the manager. He calls the manager and instead of letting me speak to him, he starts saying something in his language then hangs up the phone and repeats his excuse for not repairing the phone. They replace screens with cheap knock-offs and over price everything. I later went to another store who fixed my screen beautifully. STAR Repairs is a rip-off, money hungry business.

My Samsung S8+ was not charging and keep showing there are moisture. I went to other phone repair stores and asked if they could fix the problem.All stores seems to not know how to fix the problem even after opening the phone and had a look. When I went to star repairs I explained the problem of my phone he said it only takes 30minute to fix it. I would definitely recommend this place.

I took my iPhone here to repair smashed screen and get a screen protector put on. Once they had repaired the smashed screen the home button no longer worked properly. The guy mentioned that it was a bit sensitive and put a home button on my screen through the settings. Once I got home I realised how bad it was as I had trouble unlocking my phone and taking screen shots. I took my phone back two days later, they looked at it for half and hour and then said it must be because of the smashed screen. Despite me telling them that there was no issue with the home button prior to the repair they just kept insisting that it was because of the smashed screen. So now I have a phone that is very difficult to use because the home button doesn’t work properly. They also put the screen protector incorrectly and it is lifting already. I would definitely not recommend this place.

The phone case didn’t fit my phone but it was the same model to fit my phone. I complained and they didn’t let me refund it because it said it was wasting THEIR time and money.

Replaced the broken screen in less than promised time of 30 mins. Job well done. Reasonable price and professional service with full customer satisfaction.

Excellent customer service. Price was very reasonable. Got my iPhone repaired and looking like new in 30mins. Went to another kiosk and was quoted $20 more.The young man at Star repairs was so friendly and polite. I highly recommend this place.

i have bought about 5 pairs of “original” earphones for $30 each time, everytime i use them once the ends pop off or i place them down they put right off, plus the quality of the “original” earphones sounds muffled and nothing like the $30 jbhifi ones or original apple earphones, wouldn’t recommend ever !
