Be warned.Absolute ripp off.Arrived at my place at 9:50 am, completed the job by 9:58 am and sat in his car until 10:15 am doing paperwork .Cost me $141.90 before they even arrived at my place, only to cap off a gas line in the kitchen which the parts cost $20 for 2 items which can be brought at Bunnings for $9.50 and then which they surprisingly threw in for free bu then they put an extra charge of $80.30 for labour which brings the total to $222.20.Not bad , for 8minutes work and 17 minutes of sitting in his car with the air conditioning on.Word of mouth goes a long way and I won't be recommending these guys anyone .

Rip off. $400 to replace washers that didn't need replacing, we had just forgotten to put one back in when replacing ours. We went with the payment plan which was bill split in half over 2 weeks. It's taken them 5 weeks to take out money with NO WARNING out of the blue. NEVER going with this company again.

Metropolitan attended immediately for my leaking gas hot water unit. Their service has been excellent, attending on time and delivering on promises. My old unit has been removed, new unit fitted. All options were explained, the fixed price is very reassuring. The team have been great, easy to work with, and reliable. Metropolitan will be my first call next time I need plumbing, gas fitting, or aircon repairs!

AR - fast and efficient! Heater now working

We had Chris come out and quote to have an intermittent shower, leaky tap fitting, and busted stormwater pipe (we banked a few issues up) fixed up. Chris was through, and was able to give us a reasonable quote, and set the expectation with us for the immediate work to be completed, as well as things to be aware of in the future. Jake was out first thing the next morning to carry out the work, and explained things as he went. Both Chris and Jake were professional, diligent, and efficient in their work. Would happily recommend them to anybody for work they need done!

Very efficient, quoted on the spot for a split system and had it ordered and delivered by the next morning, and installed that afternoon. Absolutely terrific people to go through, will definitely use them again.

I Rang Metropolian plumbing around 6pm and explained that my gas water heater had a big water leak. The girl on the phone made the whole experience pleasant and easy and by 10 pm I had a new working fully functional continuous flow water heater installed. Yey..... for the guys that fixed up the mess. At the same time they fixed a gas leak and tested for any leaks in the water and gas lines....they were very thorough. The payment plan made the whole exercise easy.And never have i met a more dedicated MAFS (married at first sight) addict. He truly wanted to get home and get his fix for MAFS. The guy has sacrificed mafs time for gas time.....thats true dedication! :).Thanks guys....

I had a new hot water system installed today.Thank you to Chris for explaining everything and also thanks to Bart and Nick for installing it.They were all very professional and I am very happy with the work they carried out.I would highly recommend them.
