Great pharmacy, we ordered some over the counter medication online in the morning and they delivered the same afternoon. Great service, great prices and fast delivery. I had an issue with my order, i called the pharmacy directyl to sort it out, their customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend this pharmacy! Will order from them again.

I had my COVID Booster done by one of the pharmacists, Sharon. This is the 1st time I’ve had a vaccination where I felt absolutely nothing, amazing! The whole experience was smooth and seamless, and the whole team was extremely accomodating and friendly despite not making an initial booking.I did have a look at the booking system afterwards and it was very straight forward and easy to follow. Will get my future vaccinations done here too!

Terry white chemist in Putney is a little more expensive than other pharmacy. My initial first impression of this place wasthat it is a very clean and safe place to be in. Overall I found most if the staff generally had good customer service and were polite and friendly to me. It was not overly crowded and did seem to be quite focus safe. The parking I found was actually quite convenient. I'd recommend this place Terry White to others. I'll try to go back soon and get some photos for this.

Not supportive nor helpful post-purchase. I purchased cold/flu medication from this store and I left my ID with them.A week later, I called to enquire about it, and the pharmacist showed little interest to help me. I then made the request of leaving my phone number in case they find it and to enquire with other staff if they had seen it.The pharmacist on the phone didn't even bother to offer about following up or contact me if found.I understand you may have been busy, but to make me feel like I'm inconveniencing you while on the phone, because it's not sale related is pretty poor form.
