Dan replaced a downpipe and flashing on the corner of my rental property at the request of my real estate agent. He sent them a account for $529 which was paid by them. I requested a breakdown of the expenses which he refused to supply. I rang Dan and he said that it took him and his apprentice 2 hours to complete the work.I priced materials in Numurkah and they were approximately $130 .Dan and his apprentice took a total of 4 hours to stand up apiece of flashing and a pipe fix it to shed using 11 screws. That is approximately $35 per screw.
