Tried to find unblemished tomato on display without success. tried to get the attention of an assistant (unsuccessfully) as they were being chatted by a local.

Definitely not a friendly grocer... customer service tonight was shocking... like, it's the end of shift, you probably don't want to be there - I get it. But don't go out of your way to be nasty. Definitely won't be back.

Ew. This place really brings down the whole vibe of this incredibly beautiful and welcoming town.Prices are OUTRAGEOUS, and the managers and some of the staff are incredibly rude.Also, apparently I'm not allowed to park in the parking spots marked IGA"

Definitely expensive compared to a shop just up the road that offers a broader range of goods. Staff were a bit short and unable to keep up. It's got cheap deep fry food counter though your looked a little rough. Wasn't satisfied with the experience and headed to the other shop

NOT so Friendly Grocer, really bad service! Had my head ripped off for asking if they had any fresher lettuce that had been displayed with a best before 29/8/20 todays date 2/09/2020. The young girl seriously needs an attitude adjustment. I'm sure there are many other people who could represent/work the friendly Grocer in a much more inviting and pleasant manner. Shame as it is a nice area and would like to support the community by shopping here. Don't want to shop in there with that attitude. And don't ask any information about the area also...not a happy young girl. In the wrong job!

Bought bread, left it unopened in our apartment, and found it covered in mold a day and a half later, still a day before the 'best before' date expired. Went back to get a refund and was rudely told they can't take it back and that we could have expected mold after that time. Then what's the 'best before' date supposed to mean? Result: they get a bad review and I go buy bread at the nearby baker from now on

I found this shop to be very expensive with very limited selection also not very friendly at all
