Mobile Caravan Repair and Maintenance

I’m not one to leave negative reviews unless warranted, being a business owner myself I understand that sometimes things are out of our control, but my own personal experience with Mobile Caravan Repairs and Maintenance has not been a good one.Things started off well, contacted him via fb messenger 6 weeks ago, and he responded very quickly. Explained my issue (leaking front window) and he came out 4 days later to assess… gave us his opinion, and a course of action which we agreed to, and then said he would be out the following week to perform the work.I contacted warren the following Monday to confirm the time and date he would come out, and he let me know someone in his family had covid so couldn’t come, which is fair enough, I left it at that. I then contacted him again 2 weeks later to no reply, fb messenger, text message… all no reply…. Waited another week or so, then again, no replies to my contact… I gave him the benefit of the doubt, who knows what may have happened, and thought he would contact me when he was ready…Then today, 6 weeks later, I see Warren driving around Taylor’s lakes (obviously working as he had his work trailer attached)…. Still with no reply to any of my attempts to contact him.

I've emailed this bloke three times over the last few months to get work done , never even a reply. I wonder if his workmanship is just as good as his communication.

Great service! Called up in the morning and the pre-inspection of a caravan was conducted that day. Very thorough report and feedback. Highly recommend!

We contacted Warren to repair a broken door lock. He was able to help us out the following day and the repair was completed efficiently. We would recommend his service and will be saving his details in case we need him again in the future.

I had no reply from them they accepted the job to install a new fridge in my caravan. I left my details to call me the following week . No phone call then I rang them no answer . I text saying I’m going elsewhere .

After giving me a quote that I excepted straight away I then had to contact them again to be told to message them which I did 9 days after they were going to reply to me I messaged them again once again no reply if you want the job done find someone else to do it then it might get done.
