The WORST experience with online shopping I've ever had in my opinion. I ordered back in December 2022 and on rolls week 17 - mid April 2023 and still no cabinet, with very little communication from the company as to it's whereabouts.When I enquired on a delivery date I was shocked to be told I'd need to pay more money to have it delivered. I responded saying that shipping should have been done at checkout and that it was a consideration on purchase price, but all they said was something about it being left off by accident and that if I still wanted the cabinet I'd now have to pay extra!I was contacted by the owner who promised 'this has never happened before' and said she would knock some of the shipping cost off for me... which I was appreciative about UNTIL I discovered another customer in WA they had also done this to.Due to their lack of communication, I eventually gave up waiting for the cabinet as I'd lost faith in the company and I requested a refund. They did refund immediately however, failed to ask me where I would like the refund sent to (given it had been so long in-between refund and purchase) and I'd actually closed the account I'd used to initially purchase the cabinet... so I was told to 'talk to my bank about it'.To my relief, my bank managed to sort it out so fortunately I did get my money back but was left disappointed and upset over the whole experience, especially as the company told me AFTER I'd asked for a refund that the cabinet was due to arrive soon. If only they'd have bothered communicating that properly before hand!For anyone who has read this far - I had also written a slightly more scathing review here first but was contacted not once, but TWICE by the owner asking me to edit it! I did soften this review just to get her off my back and I had to ask her to stop contacting me. The thing that annoys me the most about this experience is the lack of communication and the lack of their ability to accept any responsibility. In my opinion I was treated like 'an annoying customer' in the same breath as a claim to 'care deeply about their customers'. I certainly didn't feel cared about at all! Do with this review as you will!

Very happy with the service I received at The Family Love Tree. The planter I ordered was delivered to me in the wrong colour and when I emailed to request to swap it Claire was so quick to respond and sort it all out for me. The warehouse manager contacted me that day to arrange a time for the swap. Then when we went into snap lockdown I received a follow up email from Claire checking if everything was sorted. When I told her lockdown had complicated things she sent someone to my house to swap it that same day.  So easy and all so kind.  And to top it off,  love the profit I received.

Like most people I truly appreciate excellent customer service, but it’s a true measure of exceptional service when a problem is solved swiftly and easily that prompted me to leave this review!Firstly what a beautiful selection of products that can be found at the Family Love Tree. When I placed my order online I received continued and accurate communication emails on the status of my pre ordered mirror and delivery info when it was ready to arrive. Sadly with such a fragile and large item making it’s way interstate, the mirror did arrive broken.Obviously disappointed I reached out to customer service preparing for the usual jumping through hoops to get it sorted … but I was wrong!Rachel was swift in replying to my emails and offering replacement options, I was truly relieved! The easiest option came down to having the mirror replaced locally (to prevent the same outcome) and within a week of receiving the broken mirror, it’s now repaired and in its new home because of the awesome service and assistance from you Rachel, what an asset you are!I absolutely without hesitation recommend the Family Love Tree, it’s so difficult making a purchase when getting into stores isn’t an option and relying on online shopping can be risky but not at all a problem with these guys! Thank you again!!!

The throw I ordered also arrived quickly and absolutely gorgeous - as pictured on site and great quality. Highly recommend and looking forward to buying more items from Family Love Tree!

The Family Love Tree is all my Palm Springs dreams come true. I bought the pear mirror for my daughter’s room and the customer service from Katie re my online delivery was exceptional. I will definitely buy more for her room as she gets older - ie the bed head - and also the homewares for our own house. Highly recommend.

I’m so so sad. Bought a vase and wasn’t told you couldn’t fill it with water. Filled it with water and it destroyed my coffee table book underneath. When I poured it out I realised the label that said “decorative only don’t fill with water” was covered by the price sticker and only noticed it as it was wet and peeling off. Gorgeous vase, made in China, but probably not worth the price. +1 star as the new lady that works there now is incredibly lovely and kind.
