We love Subway and were chuffed when this store opened. During Covid I understand they struggled with staff and closed some days earlier or opened later.Great they are now opening at normal times.Our boys go to the highschool there and every fortnight we have decided to treat them with subway to take to school fir lunch.The last two times including today my family have had to sit out the front fir them to open at 8:05 am each time, both times met by the manager, both times been extremely rude. Today took the cake, my husband ordered 2 very simple subs, one Cheese and Ham not toasted and no salads, because he said it this way, she corrected him. Then the second one my son wanted extra, bacon and salami, she looks at him and says they are extra, husband says but that is what he wants, she says well you are paying for it so it is what you want" to cop this as the first customer of the day 2 weeks apart

Subway should revoke their franchise, this is the third time I have driven down only to find a hand written sign on the door to say you have closed early at 4.30pm on a Saturday? You obviously have no dedication to your business and customers. What a joke!

One young lady who works at this Subway store should make sure they remove their work shirts before assaulting people in broad daylight. Hope you smiled and waved for the cameras love.

Menu sign not turned on and staff no idea how to turn on. Bacon raw and not edible. Toasted was not toasted.! But under charged by $5, ...lolwin some loose sum!

ordered a chicken classic sub but the chicken was disgustingly dry…tasted like it was out for days. the young girl who served me was very nice... wont be going back.

Just ordered lunch for pickup- we really enjoy their subs but the last few ocasions we have asked for Salami and paid $4 extra and we havent gotten it, also asked for no onion and its added, need a bit more attention to detail. Love subway though, subs are great!

Tonight, Tuesday 19/04 will be the first and last time we will be giving this store our local custom.It has just opened and we're just up the road from it.The young boy and girl working there weren't very enthusiastic at all.The service, time and interest was beyond unexeptable as were the size of the 2 foot long subs with the small amount of toppings, obviously trained that way.The tomato was inedible.The bread was the only quality thing in the whole experience.It's further away, but I'm going back to Mulgrave road, Earlville, as the product and staff always satisfy.

Ordered two meatball subs one had 1 meatball and the other had two. Had to keep repeating the salads I wanted and doesn’t take touch of the card you have to insert it. Will not be going back anytime soon
