Sam and his team are very professional and kind. My root canal was failed (not because of him but other issues) and he and his team tried their very best to help me. He is a specialist with outstanding skills and careful heart. Thank you Sam and your team.

My second time at this practice. Once again I was overwhelmed by the skill, professionalism and empathy shown by everyone I came into contact with. What an amazing team. I am so grateful to Sam for his efforts to save my tooth and his explanations as to what happened. I hope positive dental issues mean that I do not require these services again, but I would not hesitate to return if I needed to.

My specialist, Dr Sam, was very professional, friendly, patient-oriented, with extreme attention to details.The explanations were clear, the plan was according to my need, and he was responsive and available when I needed review.100% recommended!

At 5pm on the very last business day of the year I had to call on Sam to see if he was able to fit in an emergency root canal treatment. Sam and his nurse Kelly who had been flat out since 8am that morning, cheerfully made an appointment for me at 7.30pm (given that they very planning to close at noon) When we arrived Sam was busy finishing another emergency client who had turned up late. He started treating me around 7.40pm and after almost 3 long and challenging hours I walked out the door at 10.30pm. Sam saved my tooth with so much patience and good humor despite several challenges along the way. Both he and Kelly went well above and beyond with an awesome sense of humor to ensure my Christmas holidays would be pain free. This is not the first time Sam has gone out of his way to provide this excellent service. I can not recommend Sam and Kelly highly enough and I am grateful and thankful that people like these two are really still out there, and are prepared to help, even if it means putting in the extra hours on the last day before holidays. Doctor Sam is absolutely amazing. I've been through many dentists all my life, unfortunately, but I can tell when the doctor is good when I see one. I've had a complicated situation when x-rays were showing that one tooth was in trouble, while results of CT scan from a hospital said different. Doctor Sam suggested that report from a hospital was incorrect, even though you'd trust CT scan more. He treated my tooth, and even though that tooth was more expensive to treat (molar against premolar), and as it turned out, retreatment was more complicated than he initially expected, he managed to complete it without any extra charges, the price was fixed.I already feel so much better, feeling like a new person.Thank you, doctor Sam. You gave me several options of the treatment, and I'm happy I've chosen the right one. I'll be back in completing the treatment in a few months.

It is a very great service ever , thanks from the bottom of my heart to Dr.Sam and his staff . Honestly he is so professional and fantastic, also thanks to the lady in reception for her assistance and kindness. Highly recommended.

We can not compliment Brisbane Endodontics enough - Dr Sam is so lovely and empathetic, the practice is so clean, calming and organised! I visited Dr. Sam Tseng two weeks ago. Dr. Sam goes above and beyond his professionalism as a dentist. He was extremely kind to take me in immediately, at the end of his day, when I was experiencing some problem (with another tooth). In addition to this, when I was about to leave, he made me aware that I was leaving his surgery late, and to be cautious!! So nice to know that although I only visited him on two occasions, he showed concern for a female leaving late from his surgery! Thanks heaps, Dr. Sam!
