Just Cuts Penrith

They won't serve you if you walk in at 5pm. Even though advertised hours are until 5:30pm and only wanted a quick trim.2 staff, no customers, store already cleaned and basically closed, half an hour to early.

My hair was curled by a hairdresser named Tina, it stayed in for over 12 hours, still beautifully curled even after I spent hours dancing, jumping up and down. 10/10 worth the money :)

So today I I had Sandra that did my hair she did it very beautifully and I'm so happy with that I can't wait to go back and do it all again with her the levelling is really good of my hair and everything

I’m confused by the positive reviews when they charge so much just for kids haircuts. Plain trim, no styling, or extras and it was over $35. Ridiculous.Remember when just cuts was the place you went for cheap haircuts? LolNot anymore

I go to Jana at Just Cuts Penrith. For some reason she seems to be the only hairdresser who can cut my hair into the style I want. They closed for renovations several months ago, so I had 2 cuts elsewhere. My hair was terrible, today its back to how it was before JC closed for renovations. Highly recommend them.

I paid $94 for a terrible haircut that I had to get fixed. It looked great from where I was sitting but as soon as I saw it in my phone camera close up, I noticed the most obvious cut lines. It looked so clunky and choppy. When I returned to have it fixed, a different lady looked at it and tried blaming my hair and said that it will likely stay like that because my hair is strong. It wasn’t blended at all and looked hideous. One run through of using thinning scissors and it looks decent enough to live with until I can get into my normal salon. Will never return here.

I went there for the first time and waited there so someone could come and help at desk. As they all were busy I waited for about 39mins and noone told me that I need to checkin my name. It says No appointments and then you are expected to check in ur name. Please at least tell ur customer what needs to be done. Waste of time...

I got a shampoo, cut and blow dry by Sue today and she was amazing! Super gentle, professional, easy to talk to and did a beautiful job with my hair. Thank you so much.

I had just come from getting so incredibly overcharged at another hairdresser and the lady who layered my hair here was so nice. She was so gentle and really kind and professional.

Sue washed, styled and blow dried my hair so expertly and efficiently today. I'm really happy with the cut. Sue tamed my thick short hair while being super gentle. If you have a sensitive scalp or a family member that requires a calm and gentle hairdresser, then Sue is the best. I honestly think Sue is the gentlest hairdresser I've ever come across. I was almost asleep in the chair.. which was also very comfy. I love Just Cuts check in and online queue system.
