It was clean the waiter on the counter was so patient. She repeated her explanation since English is my second language. She even quietly looked for me and gave me my food and came back with my drinks. She was really kind and smiled genuinely. Thankyou so much. Me n my friend are student but we are moms, and u made our mothers day celebration in McDonald's very much royalty. XOXO

My experience at this place was nothing more than a tragedy. The food was delicate, scrumptious and delicious. However the service was nothing short of a mess. One of the kids working with brunette hair and freckles started playing music very loudly throughout the kitchen. This was very upsetting as someone who does not enjoy listening to music. Fellow customers around me and I felt physically and mentally uncomfortable and upset. This is very heartbreaking because McDonald’s has always been a place of home for my family and I, ever since the divorce. It’s been hard living with them in seperate houses. Stay safe everyone xx

Clean modern refurbish with drive-thru, kids playground and McCafe. This time for breakfast we were served immediately as the store was pretty empty. Store was spotless inside. Our McMuffins were super fresh and hash browns also freshly made. Friendly staff delivered to our table within minutes with a smile. Our coffees were perfectly made and were ready as requested at the end of our meal. Keep it up Maccas!

We got there at 4pm so they were quite busy. The people working were fantastic and had a great attitude, the systems though just don’t work to supply food fast. This is the second poor experience in as many days. On Sunday I went into Geelong city early in the morning and was told I had a long wait if I wanted to order at the desk…I left. When I unwrapped the burger, it was not as expected - can anyone pick what it was (photo supplied), lucky the taste was better than it looked. It’s just not working MacDonalds, get people behind the desk!!

Hit up the drive thru, not a bad experience but customer engagement levels were low, almost like they didn't want to be there or tired. Good food though of course.Food: 4Service: 3Atmosphere: 4

Spacious restaurant with a huge carpark. The problem I had was the restaurant was dirty. There were sauces, stains and liquids on most table surfaces. It took a while for me to find one that I was happy to sit down at. I noticed other customers facing same challenge. There were wrappers, burger boxes and papers scattered across the floor. The store was not busy at the time 4.30pm on a Sunday so there was no reason for not cleaning up the mess.

Order was put through wrong. All 3 managers standing at the front counter talking for the entirety of my time here.Leaning on front counter bench, drinking a monster.Toilets in an absolute state.I am a maccas manager myself. This would not be excepted at our store. Very poor. Extremely unprofessional and not at all gold standard.

We just went through the drive through and the girl that served us was confused by our order which wasn’t that hard when we specified what we wanted from the start. Then as we paid and drove through a guy said have a great day champ in a sarcastic voice which was not appreciated. We were nothing but polite when the girl was confused and the manager who helped her before we paid was lovely, but I’m quite disappointed in the way we were treated before and after.

My observations of the straws and napkins trays is what started it all, i thought if they can't get this right what else was wrong. So I took out my red marked and started circling all the things that were wrong, I noticed that the worker preparing the food were warimg gloves but playing with their phones between burgers, (& we all know video content is watched on phones). Further observations I spotted bins that were full, tables with food and sauce on them. Also one person salting the fries, it was enough salt to dry our a crocodile skin.
