We were looking for a reclining bed and a scooter thing. After chatting with their consultant we bought a Monterey and a Leo. Service was way above expectations as we knew so little about it.

I dealt with Sally and Sam at HospEquip and they couldn't have been more helpful. I had a particularly unusual requirement for a hire chair and they went to great lengths to source what we needed and made sure everything was timed perfectly. I recommend this company wholeheartedly!

Absolutely useless . Sold me a malfunctioning bed, raised issue with them in December 2019. Their first response was in April . Still waiting on spare parts. It is almost August now . They do not return your calls . You are kept in the dark. Do not deal with them and take your NDIS dollars elsewhere . If they were competing in an open market they would long be out of business . And they should be .
