Excellent service! Shaun was great, very helpful and listened to what I wanted. Installers were very friendly and explained all the features of the system and set up the app how to use it.

The worst experience possible. AusBrite chases the sale and deposit with urgency, then the customer experiences more than 4 months delay for install, but only to have 3 failed install attempts to install. The contractors either didn't turn up, or never received appropriate details of the install, or flat out refused to the commence the job providing uninformed excuses. The customer service is non-existent. We are without solar panels after 5 months of nothing but hassles. I do not recommend going with AusBrite, save your time and go with a local installer who inspects the job at your residence and lives and works in your area. AusBrite are an unsatisfactory company that fails in all departments.

This company is a scammer, sheet, and fraud that has problems from the beginning to the end, even after installation.The office does not exist in Australia and the number that they are using is a fake phone number that shows the Australian number but someone calling from India, so the staff are in India and call the customer and book jobs and use the local installer temporarily and for short term and after installation they do not pay the installer and use another installer for the next job!sale person doesn't has technical information and doing contract and the installer said another story!Two months after installation, the installer called me and said that he had not received any payment from my job and wanted to cut the wires!!just put in red bin!

Installed solar and it never worked from day 1 , refuse to answer and calls . Definitely a scam company

Scumbag company operating offshore. collecting deposits from customers who then wait over 6 months for the install to never begin. BEWARE

the service has been great as we live in the far north coast and have had many mishaps with floods and others. we live on property outside the town and the Lads come to install the system on time. David from the office has been great even tough we have communication problems, as I work in an isolated area with minimal to no phone reception. thanks again

Quick installation. Best price, just paid the deposit and sent few docs and in just two days they were here to install. The installers were very professional, they know their job. Overall completely satisfied.

DO NOT USEAgreed on a price and paid a deposit. The day prior to installation they told me the price went up by $299.00 and if I didn't want to proceed they will refund my deposit. That was months ago and no refund, instead when I enquired about the refund they threatened me with a cancellation fee. I am on an aged pension and this is how they treat the aged who for them every cent counts. Just won't eat this week.

Great service great product and Aus-Brite Solar was so easy and helpful. Sales Rep Luke and Leo From the Installation department were a great help. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a solar system at a reasonable price. A perfect job is done by the installer.

The sales person I dealt with was Shaun Arora. He is very professional and informative. I had few concerns before I decided to go with Ausbrite Solar and Shaun convinced me to go with them with reasonable pricing for 6.6kw system. The installation was easy and without any hassle. Done & dusted within couple of hours. However, the grid connection took few weeks because of the pathetic service from AGL. Very happy with Ausbrite and Shaun. Would recommend them.
