Twinkle kids cafe

I had my son’s birthday party here (private venue hire) and it was amazing. The event planner Elizabeth was super helpful in organising the party. The staff during the party were all so helpful and friendly too. All my guests had a great time and it truly was a memorable day for us.

Friendly staff and clean facilities with reasonable prices. Good coffee as well. Been to a few indoor playgrounds in the area but this is my child's favourite kids cafe. There are heaps of toys with wheels (over twenty) which kept my toddler entertained for hours end. Will definitely be coming back..

Thank you to the cafe for my sons 4th birthday party! The adults enjoyed the food that came with the package, and the kids had so much fun! The function room was set up nicely, and communication with Elizabeth was amazing. Thank you again!

Our sons 2nd Birthday was celebrated at Twinkle Cafe! The most enjoyable and safe environment for children. All the children and adults had a blast. Thanks to the staff for your diligence and efforts.

Very good and very nice for kids. My children had very good time every time they were there. The food and staff is good. Even it’s a bit expensive, but it’s worth. My children are crazy on everything there.

More staffing is needed to maintain the kids play areas and hygiene standards. A lot of the tables still had left over food from customers, there was simply no staff to clean tables and take away old plates/food.Toys were scattered everywhere. The kitchen didn’t look clean. I saw a lot of dirt,saliva marks on the play equipment. They definitely need someone to continually keep the place and put back the toys. The vegetable/fruit stand had no veggies and fruit... this was scattered all other the center.The food from the cafe is okay. Some toys looked very worn and broken. Staff were friendly. I mean, it’s okay, but the hygiene and the lack of upkeep is what is dragging down the overall score for this place. The price is very reasonable.

From a parents perspective. It is a good place to take your little kids for the day. A little understaffed. They tried their best to keep things hygienic but with the current world it can be difficult without the numbers. Coffee is average, food is average everything else is as you expected from a kids Cafe. I am just happy these places exists where the kids can run wild for an hour or 2 while I have a coffee and maintain my sanity haha.

Had our daughter's 5th birthday party here and everything was amazing. The kids and everyone compliment the food and place, as for me it was the kind and helpful staff service through out our time there from start to finish. They have great party offers/packs and pricing is considered pocket friendly. Big Thanks to Elizabeth and her team.

If you have kids who can crawl/walk along furniture/run, this is the playground to go to! The owner and staff there are friendly and generous, the playground is clean, there's a variety of areas for kids to play in, and price is affordable for the quality food served. Other points include:- free for kids under 12 months- parking is available in the plaza- great place to book a function for parties!We had a special event on, and the owner was very accommodating and made the experience very memorable.Going during quiet times (early morning or later afternoon) is best as it can get busy!Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend to have your child’s birthday party here! We booked the venue out as a private function. Elizabeth the party coordinator is very organised, prompt responses and helpful in planning.
