Absolutely recommend this nutrition practice. My weight is under control, I don't feel hungry all the time.I've lost weight and have so much more energy and have learnt to love food again.The recipes I received have really helped as they have plenty of variety and flavour plus I can eat all the things I enjoy in a healthier way due to the education from the program.
