A spectacular place to train and exercise. Friendly easy going supportive staff and coaches.Coach’s provide support. Personalised training programs. And help out. I made a sensational decision bye opting into this gym.

Quite a big gym across 3 floors with 2 squash courts located on premises. Lot of equipments for exercise. Simple amazing setup. I went here for squash and it was a wonderful experience.

They're great - I always find an amazing variety of equipment in these gyms. The staff were so nice as to provide my partner and I a few introductory sessions as we're visiting - they were really nice about it! Very clean as well, better than most gyms with tidiness.

I recently moved to the city and didn't like the look of the Anytime Fitness that was close to my house so I decided to check out World Gym, best decision ever!I love this gym, it has everything you need and more. I highly recommend joining up, it is also cheaper than the alternatives in the area.

Basic gym with loads of free weights and machines. Training area split across two levels. However, they don't have any additional facilities that will help you recover better. Not even sauna/steam room which is pretty basic.
