these guys just not reliable, doggy especially the staff . We got order for flooring last year on October paid deposit, and after one week we informed we not going to proceed this order. Until now we didn’t pick up and even proceed order they just DONT REFUND! WE DIDNT GET ANY PRODUCT THEY JUST DONT REFUND Not even check their return policy! Ridiculous

Andrew was such a wonderful help in our hybrid flooring. We haven't quite decided if we will go through with everything but Andrew is still worth this great review.He was very professional in the advice he gave and explained everything quite thoroughly. He was also very patient and understanding of our needs and was not pushy at all. Definitely recommend him to anyone visiting this store

Bad finishing and left halfway through the job when it is not done, they told me it will be done in two days, however, they insisted on finishing it all in one day leading the job to be rushed and executed poorly. The job was supposed to take Friday and Saturday and their workers said I had to wait until Monday for the job to be finished. Now my furniture is all over the place because of them.I will never recommend Carpet Call to anyone. Workers were in a rush, overworked and didn’t care about the job. Go and find somewhere else who will do your floors more professionally.

Andrew was great, came out late Sunday afternoon for a Measure up & quote, he explained everything perfectly. Very pleased with his service. Highly recommend.

We approached Carpet Call Helensvale for new carpet in our bedrooms and the staff there were very helpful. They listened to what our requirements were, listened to what we needed and gave us the best option in carpet for our bedrooms. The staff were very patient and answered any and every question that we had. Anthony, who came out to measure the rooms the week before the installation, was very thorough while measuring up the rooms and mentioned the best option for the layout of the rooms. He was very knowledgeable. The installer Nick, was very friendly and quick with the install of the carpet. He is a great installer and cleaned up as he went and explained the install before he started the job and answered any question I had. I would highly recommend Carpet Call Helensvale to anyone looking for new carpet in their home.

Had our carpet laid today by Nick through the Helensvale QLD store. He was on time and did an absolutely brilliant job. Very friendly guy and was a pleasure to have working here. The entire experience with Carpet Call was great. Nick 10/10. Highly recommend

I am grateful to Andrew and Nick for making our renovation so much easier. From an online enquiry to a follow up phone call and an in-home measure and quote for new carpets and window coverings, all handled professionally over a week and during the busy Christmas and New Year period. I don’t buy carpets and shutters and blinds often so I was happy to be receive the advice and guidance from Andrew (carpets) and Nick (shutters and blinds).
