An urgent security issue had occurred as a result of recent problems experienced with a violent client accessing our office. As a result we needed to urgently address the issue and install a remote operated opening system to the main door so we could control people accessing the service. Wizard locksmiths responded promptly with the assessment and quote and had the new system installed within 48 hours. Staff were very relieved to have this safety mechanism installed so quickly and felt much safer going about their work.
